SCOPING WORKSHOP
Our kick-off session will understand what exactly you are trying to achieve and how our IoD suite can support these goals. We will understand what metrics are important to you and build a wireframe of what functionality is required. We will also start to catalogue the key data sources and where information is coming from.
DATA AUDIT
In this second step, we will conduct a deep-dive data audit; mapping out where your data comes from and how we can bring this into the product. We will normally engage with business analysts in your team, your I.T. department and any 3rd-party suppliers who hold required data.

DESIGN SIGN-OFF
Once we have validated that the data is viable, we will agree the customisation of the visual product with you. We normally skin the product with your branding at this point and agree changes such as final layout of visuals, level of drill-downs required and the overall formatting.

DEVELOPMENT
Once approved, we return to the Analytics Studio to finalise development and assemble the back-end data with the front-end visuals. This process will deliver a fully-functioning client product to you for user testing prior to launch.

PRODUCT LAUNCH
This step is the most critical and often overlooked. Getting the product introduction to both the team and the wider organisation is key to adoption and long term success. We will put together a customer success programme which will include a library of launch materials together with training articles and videos - we also offer on-site launch training if required.

ENGAGEMENT & SUPPORT
We build long-term relationships with our clients as strategic partners, so will work with you to ensure the product continues to meet your needs. We have a standard monthly check-in where we discuss any amendments required to your product installs, upcoming product updates and anything else we can do to help. You will have a dedicated client portal where you can ask questions or discuss specific topics and also have access to a dedicated technical specialist for anything more complicated.
